[ Megatron here simply doesn't like being left in the dark. there are more answers out there and he likes to be properly informed so he can actually access the situation and come up with a solution that's more agreeable for him ( and now apparently those he feels somewhat responsible for ). ]

Oh, and Starscream. It would be a real pity if you decide to revisit one of your favorite pastimes. [ ha ha no it wouldn't. he'd love to tear your spark casing out if things got out of hand. maybe he'd even mount it on the wall for all to see. ...probably not. ]

[Which probably means he might have witnessed some of her "talents and skills" already. However she is still curious about some things and she wants to ask before she goes giving out a lot of information.]

Are you collecting this information for any particular reason? Or just idle curiosity?

My asking is simple: Do we trust each other or trust them to watch our backs?

If given the choice, I would probably choose those also in this situation, not those currently running the facility. Although neither party can win trust after just one encounter.

[Basically it's going to take more than one battle for Setsuna to completely open up. But at least she knows that the others are in a similar circumstance to her own. If all of them wish to return home then they are going to be more inclined to work together.]

My true abilities were hindered in that environment thanks to the aliens' unique properties. However, I have combat skill and knowledge in a variety of sciences. I'm going to do my best to start figuring out this station and its mechanics, especially in conjunction with the time and space fluctuations that are apparently involved.

Does that answer your question adequately enough?

Of course not. It would be foolish to immediately trust one another after only being acquainted with each other. That being said, someone must extend their hand first.

Trust must begin somewhere I suppose. You are right there.

If we are able together I'm sure pooling our knowledge together could help in discovering more about this ship faster than alone.

And that was my reasoning behind the question. It is easier to struggle and learn as a group than it is on our own.
