[Hello Knowhere, it's been a little while. Drift's generally good spirited demeanor seems a touch off-kilter today. Something's clearly gotten the swordmech in a state of awkward uncertainty.]

Sooo, uh. Has anyone, by chance....seen another one of my kind? But bigger, red chassis, blue helm, faceplate, tall audio spires. [As if Drift needed to illustrate that by putting his fingers to the sides of his helm; his own finials do that all on their own.] Sometimes looks like a big truck?

[AHEM.]

Answers to the name Optimus Prime?

[Because Drift swears he's seen the Autobot leader walking the halls of Knowhere. If Optimus had arrived, Drift would have heard about it before this, right? RIGHT? So was it a vision? Or has he taken too many hits to the helm? Maybe the last of the energon in his ration pack finally went bad? He still doesn't understand these powers that he--supposedly!?--has, and you know, how they're even supposed to work.]

Erm, on that note. Anyone out there with a time gem shard, if you've had an success with your powers, I'd love to hear from you.

Like prophecies? Or actual visions?

[Wait, he sounds a little confused. And he's asking for success stories - ] You haven't experienced it yourself yet. Do you know anything about seeing the future in general?

Visions I'd call them. [Though sometimes he gets strange impressions, or urges to go to/be a certain place at a certain time, but maybe he's imagining that in the process of wanting the power to manifest.]

I've...had a prior experience. But it was singular and I was near death at the time. [So kind of different.]

[She blows at a curl in her face.] There's no telling how they work here, but the kind of visions I'm familiar with don't always paint a clear picture. It tends to happen in dreams, mostly, giving hints about what might happen, or sometimes even warnings.

You'll probably have to try it out for yourself, to see how it compares elsewhere.

No these definitely weren't clear. The first one wasn't at any rate, but it seemed further in the future, and more like a very abstract dream yes. [Except he was kind of dying at the time, instead of sleeping. Doing It Wrong?]

I had one on that planet with the fissure though, it was just a brief flash right before the event occurred. It was crystal clear. [A little too clear.]

[Her attention zeroes in on the last part.] What was in the flash?

UH. It was Wing.

He tried to go into the fissure...

Er. Only...half of him...made it.

[He's seen a lot of things in 4 million years of war but that was enough to turn his tanks.]

Precognition. It let you stop... that. [She has no idea who Wing is, but she's going to just assume giant robot in the context.]

And it gave you a clue about what the fissure was capable of. If only it was something about its origins too. In what I'm familiar with, visions can sometimes be of the past too.

Yeah, I. I just reacted. Reached out and grabbed him. He only lost his hand instead of... [Bascially everything, SHUDDER.] It came and went so fast though, I didn't understand then. I thought it was just my imagination or something.

But, the past you say? Why would you have visions of the past?
